You may rest assured our organisation is geared towards delivering the highest level of quality service at all times. We also adhere strictly to the WHO/Unicef breastfeeding guidelines. Our maternity nurses are always up to date on the latest developments in the field of breastfeeding.

Their knowledge on the latest innovations in maternity care is constantly updated through refresher courses and tests. Our maternity nurses are all registred at Kennis Centrum Kraamzorg. It means that they are well educated and that they are following the courses needed to stay up to date.

Bureau Klasse Kraamzorg is connected to BO geboortezorg. This is the employers’ organisation of maternity care organisations. Bo strives for a market with high quality in the field of business management, professionalism and market behavior, in which all maternity care in maternity care organizations meet the same requirements and together contribute to the professionalisation of the entire market.

Satisfied?

Despite our high quality of care, you may still be dissatisfied. If you do not experience a match during the care with the maternity nurse, you can call our planning and ask for a different maternity nurse. If you are dissatisfied with something else, please let us know by email: info@bureauklassekraamzorg.nl. Our quality team will handle your complaint, if we can not resolve it in mutual consultation we will offer you the possibility of an independent complaints officer free of charge.
